Melvin is my go-to GEM Cart repair and upgrade guy! He’s been very reliable, responsive and reasonable! About a year ago these guys came to my location and did a great job on my GEM Cart. It was a very reasonable price and done in a timely manner. A few days ago my GEM Cart just completely stopped dead. I called again and talked to Melvin and told him my symptoms. He suggested a couple tricks I never would have thought about. Cart started just fine. He said I might need a new part later but maybe not for now. He Could have sent a guy and charged me a fee but did not. I will not hesitate to use these guys again. Thanks for good customer service.
